I've spent over 15 years in the employee engagement space, supporting some of the UK's and the world's largest organisations as they looked after their people.
What I saw, again and again, was a real care and effort to do the right thing. Good people. Smart teams. Trying to support people properly.
But alongside that, I saw the same problem everywhere. Too many systems all doing different things. Too many homes for information. Too many moving parts. Over time, all of that started getting in the way of people doing the work they were actually there to do. Nothing was broken. But nothing was connected either.
Over the years, I built strong relationships across the HR and people community. And every time we got together, the conversations followed the same pattern. Different organisations. Different contexts. The same frustrations. And no sign of them getting better.
That gap is what led me to build HubWorx.
I believe there's a better way to bring work together. Giving people more time for the work that actually matters, with a simpler way to stay connected wherever they are.
My role is to set our direction and make sure we stay focused on solving real problems, while building a culture people want to be part of.
For over 2 decades, I've worked in technology on large, public facing platforms where things simply have to work. Every day. For millions of people.
That includes organisations like National Rail Enquiries and lastminute.com, where reliability, security and trust are not optional.
What that experience taught me is that scale alone is never the hardest part. Technology needs to be secure, well thought through, and designed to make life easier for the people using it.
My role is to make sure the technology is secure, reliable and built on strong foundations, without becoming complicated or getting in the way of the people using it.
I’ve spent 20 years helping organisations work better, across operations, people and customer success roles in both the public and private sectors, and most recently in fastgrowing tech businesses.
My focus has always been on building strong teams and putting the right foundations in place as businesses grow. Making things simpler, more connected and easier for the people around me.
At HubWorx, my role is to make sure the business grows in the right way, from client onboarding and delivery through to the processes and coordination that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
I've been working across internal communications and employee engagement for over 12 years, helping organisations navigate real, everyday challenges.

My role is to work closely with organisations from first conversations through to launch, making sure HubWorx is set up in a way that works for their people, and that relationships are built for the long term.
